"DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA APLICADA EM CHAMINÉ". Compreendendo uma estrutura fabricada em metal, por exemplo, aço zincado, portanto uma tubulação cilíndrica fechada superiormente por uma tampa, contendo uma pluralidade de aberturas ou janelas, adequadamente dispostas pela superfície lateral superior próximas à tampa, de modo que a fumaça sala pelas janelas ao colidir com a tampa. Ditas janelas apresentam possibilidade de regulagem na abertura, possibilitando graduar a saída da fumaça por elas.
