Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO CONSTRUTIVA APLICADA EM MESA PRÉ-CONGELADORA". Cuja finalidade é transportar o produto alimentício IQF (individual quick freezing), através de um filme de plástico em contato com uma placa a baixa temperatura, com recirculação de NH~ 3~ (-40 C) para começar um pré-congelamento, fazendo que o produto possa ser transferido a qualquer tipo de túnel de congelamento, sem deformação, marcação e com redução na desidratação.
