Trata-se de uma tampa confeccionada em plástico, modificada internamente para adaptação e apóio de um anel de vedação feito com material flexível (memória e resiliência) confeccionada em borracha atóxica, poliuretano, poliéster, nylon, PVC expandido, polipropileno expandido, isopor, etc., eliminando a entrada e saída de água/ar e a possibilidade de contaminação durante o processo de industrialização, transporte e distribuição do garrafão.
