Especialmente de uma lajota para uso em construções civis em geral, mais particularmente na parte elétrica, com a finalidade de facilitar a passagem da tubulação, cabos e fios elétricos, com vantagens significativas a nível de redução de custo e mão de obra, bem como a mão de obra necessária na operação; o modelo se destaca pelo fato de as lajotas pré-moldadas (1) incorporarem, no processo de fabricação, as caixas octogonais fundo móvel (3) utilizadas para tubulações elétricas e centralização de pontos de iluminação no teto.
