Patente de Modelo de Utilidade: "DISPOSIÇÕES INTRODUZIDAS EM JANELA BASCULANTE" , compreendendo uma moldura estrutural definindo o marco (1) e o peitoril (2), tendo vinculadas nas faces internas dos seus elementos laterais uma estrutura em forma de canaletas (3), (4) onde são montados os caixilhos móveis (5), sendo que as canaletas (3) se comunicam com uma canaleta inferior (7) em cuja frontal tem realizada uma ou mais aberturas (8) com proteção inclinada (9), sendo que a alavanca de manuseio (13) que movimenta a barra de acionamento (12) dos caixilhos móveis (5) fica embutida entre a moldura da janela, e os elementos longitudinais dos caixilhos móveis (5) são de perfilados tubulares (11).
