Patente de Modelo de Utilidade "DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA EM EMBALAGEM PARA CIGARROS", embalagem esta constituída por uma camada interna (1) de papel total ou parcialmente aluminizado, que envolve o produto propriamente dito e tem por finalidade manter as características originais do mesmo; sendo que sobre essa referida camada (1) é disposta uma película (2) impermeável e semi-rígida, a qual, em pelo menos um de seus lados, recebe a impressão (3) de todos os dados do cigarro embalado (marca, fabricante, teor, etc.), e tem por função adicional, proteger este produto das intempéries; sendo que dita película (2) pode ser dobrada tanto para conformar uma embalagem do tipo comum (2a), como uma embalagem do tipo "flip-top" (2b), provida de tampa articulada.
