Um dispositivo para abertura e fechamento de uma embalagem cartonada ou plástica compreende um corpo alongado (1) definindo uma abertura interna (5) entre suas paredes laterais (2) e um rasgo transpassante (6) se estendendo ao longo das referidas paredes laterais (2), uma lâminas de corte (7) deslizavelmente recebida no referido rasgo transpassante (6), as extremidades distais da referida lâminas estando emburtidas em porções laterais de proteção (8) adicionais do referido corpo de modo cobrir as mesmas.
