Patente de Modelo de Utilidade para "DISPOSITIVO PARA ABERTURA E FECHAMENTO DE UMA EMBALAGEM CARTONADA OU PLÁSTICA". Um dispositivo para abertura e fechamento de uma embalagem cartonada ou plástica compreende um corpo alongado (1) formado a partir de um material tendo uma resistência adequada, o referido corpo tendo uma lâmina de corte (2) perpendicularmente embutida no mesmo cuja extremidade distal embutida em uma porção lateral (3) adicional do referido corpo de modo cobrir a mesma.
