A patente de Modelo de Utilidade do Exaustor de Telhado é compreendida por um exaustor estático realizado em plástico reforçado com fibra de vidro, que utiliza o princípio do efeito "VENTURI", fazendo com que a exaustão do ar do interior do imóvel se dê pelo vácuo produzido pela passagem do vento por entre o exaustor que tem o perfil de um tubo "VENTURI", aberto em trezentos e sessenta graus.
