Abstract

A presente patente se refere a um cortador misto, dotado de disco de corte (8) para fatiar e cortador (18) tipo palito, ambos combinados num mesmo equipamento que é formado por uma estrutura em "L" (1) que contém um elemento de aperto (2) para prendê-la num tubo vertical que parte da lateral do tacho de fritura, para que dessa forma as batatas cortadas caiam diretamente no tacho.
