Trata-se de um dispositivo para nivelar os tampões de vias públicas que é constituído de uma peça metálica (1) de formato circular com uma reentrância em "L" (2) também circular e de diâmetro inferior ao da peça (1), que se encaixa entre a base e o tampão. Numa variante construtiva, o dispositivo pode ser constituído por duas peças metálicas (3) e (4) rosqueáveis entre si, sendo o tampão adaptado à peça (3).
