O presente relatório descritivo de Modelo de Utilidade diz respeito a Disposição Técnica e Construtiva Introduzida em Escada em Poliestireno Expandido - EPS (1), a qual refere-se à área da construção civil, mais especificamente a obras de residências, escritórios e prédios em geral, visando unir dois andares para facilitar o trânsito entre os mesmos, sendo a mesma caracterizada por formar uma superfície com escalonamentos que formão os degraus, patamar (3) e espelhos (4), sendo esta escada constituída por núcleo ou alma em Poliestireno Expandido do tipo 3, amplamente conhecido como EPS, o qual é revestido com malha de aço em todas as suas faces, sendo fixadas com pinos.
