RECIPIENTE POLIMÉRICO INCLUINDO UM CORPO COM UMA PLURALIDADE DE PAINÉIS ONDULADOS. A presente invenção refere-se a um método para formar, preencher e esterilizar um recipiente. O método inclui: preencher o recipiente com um produto à temperatura ambiente ou mais fria; fechar o recipiente com uma tampa; esterilizar o produto pressurizando e aquecendo ambos o recipiente e o produto para fazer com que a pluralidade de painéis internos e a pluralidade de painéis externos se expandam de uma posição de soprado para fora do eixo longitudinal; e despressurizar o recipiente e retornar o recipiente à temperatura ambiente ou mais fria para fazer com que ambas a pluralidade de painéis externos a pluralidade de painéis internos se retraiam para dentro em direção ao eixo longitudinal, para a posição de soprado ou para mais perto do eixo longitudinal.
