Abstract
MÉTODOS PARA OBTER GLICOSÍDEOS DE ESTEVIOL. A presente divulgação fornece métodos para obter glicosídeos de esteviol a partir de material de estévia usando uma mistura de enzimas, em que o material de estévia pode ser um extrato, coproduto ou produto residual de um processo de extração de estévia envolvendo enzimas beta-1,2- e beta-1,3-glicosil transferases e sacarose sintase. Também são fornecidas composições de glicosídeo de esteviol que podem ser preparadas usando tais métodos, e usos de tais composições em alimentos, bebidas e similares.
