NANOPARTÍCULA LIPÍDICA, MÉTODO PARA DISPENSAR UM ÁCIDO NUCLEICO A UMA CÉLULA PARA TRATAR UMA DOENÇA, DISTÚRBIO OU CONDIÇÃO, E, USO DA NANOPARTÍCULA LIPÍDICA. É aqui provida uma nanopartícula lipídica encapsulando ácido nucleico e tendo pelo menos 30% em mol de lipídio neutro, um esterol ou derivado do mesmo e uma fração alvejadora ancorada em uma camada lipídica da mesma mediante uma fração lipofílica. São adicionalmente providos métodos para usar as nanopartículas lipídicas para a dispensa alvejada in vivo. Tal nanopartícula lipídica pode exibir dispensa e alvejamento significantemente melhorados aos tecidos e/ou órgãos extra-hepáticos.
