MÉTODO DE FORMAÇÃO DO CUBO DA EMBREAGEM, CUBO DA EMBREAGEM E MOLDE DE FUNDIÇÃO POR COMPRESSÃO. Um método de formação de cubo da embreagem inclui: (S1) obtenção de uma liga de alumínio fundida; (S2) fornecimento de um molde de fundição por compressão para o cubo da embreagem e preenchimento da liga de alumínio fundida em um barril (11) do molde de fundição por compressão; (S3) após o preenchimento da liga de alumínio fundida ser concluído, aplicação e manutenção de pressão sobre a liga de alumínio fundida para formar uma fundição de liga de alumínio solidificada; (S4) realização de tratamento de solução incompleta na fundição de liga de alumínio solidificada; (S5) realização de tratamento de envelhecimento na fundição de liga de alumínio que passou pelo tratamento de solução incompleta; e (S6) realização de usinagem de acabamento em uma superfície externa e uma superfície de montagem interna da liga de alumínio fundida que passou pelo tratamento de envelhecimento para obter um produto acabado do cubo da embreagem. Um cubo da embreagem obtido pelo método de formação do cubo da embreagem acima mencionado é fornecido.
