Abstract
POLIPEPTÍDEOS DIRECIONADOS A RECEPTOR DO HORMÔNIO DO CRESCIMENTO. Aspectos da presente divulgação são direcionados a polipeptídeos direcionados a receptor do hormônio do crescimento (GHR), incluindo anticorpos, conjugados anticorpo-fármaco, fragmentos de anticorpos, moléculas semelhantes a anticorpos e receptores quiméricos. Também são divulgados neste documento ácidos nucleicos que codificam tais polipeptídeos direcionados a GHR e células que compreendem tais ácidos nucleicos. São descritos métodos para tratamento de acromegalia usando polipeptídeos direcionados a GHR.
