CÉLULA DE FLUXO COM RESOLUÇÃO DE IMAGEAMENTO DE POÇO APRIMORADA. A presente invenção refere-se à resolução de imagens usadas em processos como sequenciamento por síntese, que pode ser aumentada por sítios estruturantes que emitiriam sinais nas imagens para terem diferentes elevações. As diferenças no foco causadas por estas diferenças na elevação podem ser usadas para filtrar a iluminação de fundo, fornecendo assim uma imagem na qual os sítios focalizados podem ser resolvidos mesmo que a separação entre qualquer sítio e seu vizinho mais próximo possa estar abaixo do limite de difração da luz que seria emitida.
