Abstract

ALTERAÇÃO DE SINAIS DE CÉLULA DE FLUXO. Em um método exemplificador, um hidrogel é aplicado a uma superfície de um substrato e iniciadores são enxertados no hidrogel aplicado. Antes ou depois de os iniciadores serem enxertados, nanoestruturas plasmônicas são introduzidas no hidrogel aplicado. Esse substrato pode compor uma superfície de uma célula de fluxo. Quando a célula de fluxo é usada em uma operação de sequenciamento, as nanoestruturas plasmônicas podem intensificar os sinais fluorescentes que são gerados.
