Abstract
MÉTODOS PARA REGENERAÇÃO DE TECIDO E KITS PARA OS MESMOS. A presente invenção se refere a métodos para facilitação de regeneração de tecido em humanos e outros organismos grandes, e kits para os mesmos. Aplicação de um inibidor de cinase de adesão focal (FAK) a tecido danificado pode reduzir fibrose e/ou formação de cicatriz durante o processo de cura de ferimento. Cuidados de pacientes para um grande número de doenças fibróticas que afetam função de órgão podem ser melhorados através de tal tratamento. Kits para aplicação do inibidor de FAK podem incluir uma formulação de hidrogel encapsulando o inibidor de FAK.
