Abstract
ELEMENTOS REGULADORES CIS-ATUANTES. A presente invenção se refere a elementos reguladores cis-atuantes que foram identificados e modificados geneticamente como um elemento modulador dentro de um elemento regulador (por exemplo, um promotor, 5'UTR, íntron ou 3'UTR). A seguir, o elemento regulador cis-atuante quimérico e promotor foram testados para determinar se os elementos reguladores cis-atuantes poderiam intensificar a expressão de uma sequência codificadora a jusante operacionalmente ligada ao elemento regulador cis-atuante quimérico e promotor. São revelados elementos reguladores cis-atuantes inovadores que foram identificados para intensificar a expressão de uma sequência codificadora a jusante.
