Abstract
SISTEMA TERAPÊUTICO TRANSDÉRMICO COMPREENDENDO O INGREDIENTE ROTIGOTINA E PELO MENOS UM ADESIVO DE SILICONE NÃO RESISTENTE A AMINA. A invenção refere-se a um sistema terapêutico transdérmico (TTS) para a administração do ingrediente ativo rotigotina compreendendo uma camada de matriz contendo rotigotina, um ou mais de adesivos de silicone não resistentes a aminas em uma quantidade maior que 50% em peso, com base no peso total do adesivo sensível à pressão da camada de matriz e parafina, bem como métodos para a preparação do mesmo. O sistema terapêutico transdérmico de acordo com a invenção é particularmente adequado para o tratamento da doença de Parkinson.
