PAINEL DE RESFRIAMENTO PARA UM FUNDIDOR.São revelados um painel de resfriamento (12, 212, 312, 412) para um fundidor (10) e método para fabricar o painel de resfriamento (12, 212, 312, 412). Em particular o painel de resfriamento (12, 212, 312, 412) pode incluir primeira (20, 120, 220, 420) e segunda (22, 122, 222, 422) paredes externas e uma pluralidade de paredes laterais (34, 36, 38, 40, 134, 136, 138, 140, 334, 336, 338, 340, 434, 436, 438, 440) acopladas às paredes externas que definem um espaço interior (62, 462). Uma pluralidade de defletores (24, 424) está disposta no espaço interior (62, 462), onde projeções (48, 52) nos defletores (24, 424) se encaixam em respectivas aberturas (28, 44) nas paredes externas (20, 22, 120, 122, 220, 222, 420, 422) e podem estar conectadas a partir do exterior do painel de resfriamento (12, 212, 312, 412). O painel de resfriamento (12, 212, 312, 412) pode ser formado por meio de soldagem e/ou fabricação aditiva, como discutido neste documento.
