APARELHO DE ACIONAMENTO SUBMARINO DE VELOCIDADE VARIÁVEL.Um aparelho de acionamento submarino de velocidade variável compreendendo um recipiente resistente à pressão (90) compreendendo uma seção de parede curva tendo uma superfície interna curva (90a); e um acionamento de velocidade variável compreendendo pelo menos um módulo eletrônico de potência (50) disposto dentro do recipiente e mantido a uma pressão ambiente predeterminada. O pelo menos um módulo eletrônico de potência é montado em um dissipador de calor (40) que é montado na superfície interna, o dissipador de calor compreendendo uma superfície curva (40b) contatando a superfície interna e tendo um raio de curvatura correspondente ao raio de curvatura da superfície interna. Um sistema de bombeamento de fluido de hidrocarboneto submarino compreendendo tais aparelhos de acionamento de velocidade variável submarina e um método relacionado também são divulgados.
