A invenção também se refere a uma pasta de solda, uma solda de pré-forma, uma bola de solda, um arame de solda, uma solda com núcleo de fluxo de resina, uma junta de solda, que compreende uma liga de solda. A invenção também se refere a uma placa de circuito eletrônico multicamadas e uma placa de circuito eletrônico unidas usando a junta de solda.
