Abstract
A presente invenção se refere a métodos para a preparação de partículas de lipoplexo de RNA para entrega de RNA a tecidos alvo após administração parenteral, em particular após administração intravenosa, e composições compreendendo essas partículas de lipoplexo de RNA. A presente invenção também se refere a métodos que permitem a preparação de partículas de lipoplexo de RNA de uma maneira industrial em conformidade com BPF. Além disso, a presente invenção se refere a métodos e composições para armazenar partículas de lipoplexo de RNA sem perda substancial da qualidade do produto e, em particular, sem perda substancial da atividade de RNA.
