Abstract
A invenção refere-se a um processo para o tratamento de uma matéria-prima que contém amido termicamente inibido e/ou farinha termicamente inibida como seu maior constituinte, de modo que o teor de umidificação da matéria-prima seja de no máximo 8% em peso, que compreende uma etapa de reumidificação, em que entre 0,1 e 30% em peso de uma fase aquosa são adicionados à matéria-prima para formar um produto que contém amido reumedecido e/ou farinha reumedecida.
