Abstract
A invenção se refere a um tablete de bouillon duro e a um processo para a produção de um tablete de bouillon duro caracterizado pelo fato de que uma gordura de carne bovina tem um teor total de gordura saturada de 54 a 72 % em peso (com base no peso da gordura total); e sendo que a gordura de carne bovina compreende ao menos 23,5 % em peso (com base no peso do total de gordura) de C18:0 e 25,5 a 33 % em peso (com base no peso do total de gordura) de C16:0.
