Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se a composições nutricionais compreendendo uma combinação do probiótico Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG, butirato de dieta e/ou um componente para estimulação de produção de butirato endógeno, por exemplo, a combinação de polidextrose e galacto-oligossacarídeos, no intestino humano. São ainda mostrados processos de aceleração de tolerância a leite de vaca em um sujeito pediátrico através de provimento de ditas composições nutricionais para um sujeito alvo.
