Abstract

Aqui é descrito um processo para a preparação de um material de embalagem flexível (6). O processo pode compreender: proporcionar um material de base (1) tendo uma primeira superfície (1a) e uma segunda superfície (1b), a primeira superfície (1a) possuindo uma composição de tinta eletrostática (4) impressa sobre ela; fornecer uma camada selante (3) na segunda superfície (1b) do material de base (1); proporcionar um substrato flexível (4) sobre o qual uma camada de laminagem termicamente ativável (5) foi depositada; e contatar, em condições de calor e/ou pressão, a camada de laminagem termicamente ativável (5) disposta no substrato flexível (4) com a primeira superfície (1a) do material de base (1) na qual a composição de tinta eletrostática (4) é impressa.
