Abstract
A presente invenção se refere a produtos de bebidas prontas para o consumo. Em particular, a invenção se refere a um sistema de proteína induzido pela agregação controlada de proteínas de leite, que confere atributos sensoriais excepcionais e uma estabilidade física melhorada do produto de bebida, em particular, quando contém baixo teor de gordura e/ou baixo teor de açúcar. Um método para produzir tal bebida e os produtos obteníveis a partir do método também são parte da presente invenção.
