Método e sistema para esvaziar um óleo bruto separado por gravidade de um sistema de armazenamento (1) que compreende uma bolsa flexível (3) para armazenar o óleo bruto, em que a bolsa flexível (3) é arranjada dentro de uma estrutura de proteção (2) com um volume de estrutura, em que a estrutura de proteção (2) compreende um elemento de fundo 8 que forma a seção inferior da estrutura de proteção (2), a bolsa flexível (3) é conectada a um flange (6), em que o flange (6) é conectado à estrutura de proteção (2), o flange (6) compreende pelo menos um conduto de fluido (10) que provê comunicação fluídica entre um volume de armazenamento dentro da bolsa flexível (3) e uma posição fora da estrutura de proteção (2).
