Abstract
PRÃ-TRATAMENTO RÃPIDO. São revelados nesse relatório descritivo métodos, sistemas e composições para o pré-tratamento de biomassa dentro de segundos com baixa formação de inibidor. O processo de pré-tratamento é usado para converter biomassa em um combustÃvel ou outras substâncias quÃmicas úteis por submissão da matéria-prima a um tempo de retenção rápido sob pressão e temperatura e/ou reagente quÃmico. O sistema inclui um aparelho de descarga de válvula de operação contÃnua para descarga de matéria-prima pré-tratada mantendo, ao mesmo tempo, pressão uniforme no sistema de pré-tratamento.
