Abstract

SISTEMA INJETOR PARA EQUIPAMENTO DE EXTRUSÃO.Um sistema de extrusora e válvula compreende um conduíte para transportar um fluxo de biomassa usando uma pluralidade de conjuntos injetores para fornecer água ou outros fluidos e/ou vapor para pré-tratamento. Cada injetor no conjunto é conectado a uma porta correspondente na extrusora. As portas podem ser posicionadas em locais discretos da extrusora ou além para entregar a quantidade apropriada de fluido ou vapor para o processamento de biomassa ou outros materiais.
