Abstract
FORMAÃÃO DE MATERIAL DE CHAPA. Um material de chapa de metal formado (100) e métodos, ferramentas (1, 2, 8) e aparelho para formar o material de chapa de metal (100) em que um padrão de projeções e depressões são trabalhadas a frio em uma primeira porção (101) e, simultaneamente, empastamentos (103) são gravados em relevo em uma segunda porção (102) do material de chapa (100). A porção trabalhada a frio (101) é formada com as projeções e depressões configuradas e distribuÃdas de tal modo que as linhas desenhadas em uma superfÃcie do material de chapa formado (100) entre fileiras adjacentes de projeções e depressões não sejam retilÃneas. Os empastamentos (103) são indicativos do alinhamento entre as ferramentas (1, 2, 8).
