RESUMOPatente de Invenção: "COMPOSIÇÕES NUTRITIVAS CONTENDO UMA FRAÇÃO LIPÍDICA ENRIQUECIDA E USOS DESTAS". A presente revelação refere-se a uma composição nutritiva compreendendo uma fonte de gorduras que inclui uma fração lipídica enriquecida derivada do leite. A fração lipídica enriquecida pode conter ácidos graxos saturados, ácidos graxos trans, ácidos graxos monoinsaturados, CLAs, BCFAs, colesterol, proteínas de membrana do glóbulo de gordura do leite, gangliosídeos, e misturas destes. A fração lipídica enriquecida pode exibir efeitos benéficos sobre a saúde aditivos ou sinergísticos, quando consumida. A revelação refere-se ainda a métodos de fornecimento de uma composição nutritiva compreendendo uma fração lipídica enriquecida, aos indivíduos alvo.
