RESUMOUM ELEMENTO SOLAR COMPREENDENDO RESSONADOR PARA APLICAÇO EM ENERGTICA A presente invenÆo diz respeito a um elemento solar incluindo um ressonador b sico arranjado em uma estrutura dieltrica que constitu¡da por uma rea (5) com amortecimento eletromagntico m¡nimo, cujo plano superior forma o plano de incidncia (3). A rea (5) com amortecimento eletromagntico m¡nimo transparente em relaÆo onda eletromagntica incidente; a rea limitada pelos limites (6) de variaäes em propriedades de material, e pelo menos um ressonador 2D-3D (4) circundado pelo dieltrico (10) e configurado na estrutura dieltrica. A rea (5) com amortecimento eletromagntico m¡nimo acoplada com pelo menos uma outra rea (20) exibindo uma frequncia de ressonncia diferente do ressonador b sico e o sistema finalizado ou no espao livre ou por um elemento solar (sistema) destinado a absorver toda a quantia de energia restante provida pela onda eletromagntica incidente.1
