MÃTODOS PARA INIBIR O CRESCIMENTO DE CÃLULAS, E PARA TRIAR AGENTES ANTICANCER, MOLÃCULA DE ÃCIDO NUCLEICO, VETOR DE EXPRESSÃO, COMPOSIÃÃO PARA INIBIR A EXPRESSÃO DE GENE, E, AGENTE ANTICÃNCER.A presente invenção fornece um método para inibir o crescimento de células, uma molécula de ácido nucleico útil como um agente anticâncer, e um método para triar novos agentes anticâncer. Na presente invenção, os efeitos inibitórios sobre a expressão de gene de variante de NEK10 ou os efeitos inibitório sobre a atividade de proteína variante de NEK 10 são obtidos em células por transfecção das células com uma molécula de ácido nucleico que tem um efeito de interferência de RNA sobre o gene de variante de NEK10. A presente invenção também fornece um método para triar agentes anticâncer pelo uso deste efeito inibitório como um indicador.
