Abstract
RESUMO MÉTODO PARA A FABRICAÇÃO DE UM COMPOSTO DE MANCAL DE ROLAMENTO COM UM FLANGE DO MANCAL E, PELO MENOS, UM MANCAL DE ROLAMENTO RECEBIDO NO FLANGE DO MANCAL POR MEIO DE UM ANEL INTERNO A invenção refere-se a um método para a fabricação de um composto de mancal de rolamento (1) com um flange do mancal (3) e, pelo menos, um mancal de rolamento (4, 5) recebido no flange do mancal (3) por meio de um anel interno (6, 7). A fim de poder fixar o anel interno (7) com pré-tensão axial sem expansão no flange do mancal (3), o anel interno (7) é admitido por meio de um recalcador (23) que recalca radialmente o anel interno (7), pretensionado com uma força axial (F) regulada contra o anel interno (7) e através de um cone de avanço (21) introduzido radialmente interno axialmente no flange do mancal (3), o material provido (11) no flange do mancal (3) é deslocado radialmente para fora para um entalhe (15) do anel interno (7).
