Abstract
RESUMOPatente de Invenção: "MÉTODOS PARA AUMENTAR A PALATABILIDADE DE COMPOSIÇÕES DE ALIMENTOS". A presente invenção refere-se às composições de alimentos e métodos para aumentar a palatabilidade de composições de alimentos. Em um aspecto, os métodos compreendem a adição de um flavorizante de ovo e galinha a uma composição de alimento. Antes de ser adicionado à composição de alimento, o flavorizante de ovo e galinha pode ser incorporado em ou sobre qualquer veículo apropriado tal como, por exemplo, em um veículo de farinha grossa de soja, milho ou trigo. Foi verificado que o flavorizante de ovo e galinha aumenta a palatabilidade de composições de alimentos em relação sobre as composições de alimentos convencionais correspondentes que não incluem o flavorizante de ovo e galinha.
