Abstract
PROCESSO E INSTALAÇÃO PARA PRODUÇÃO DE PNEU.Durante construção de pneu, uma estrutura de coroa (7) é construída pelas ações de: formar pelo menos uma camada de cinta (8a, 8b) em um tambor auxiliar (22) para fabricar uma estrutura de cinta (8) pelo menos parcialmente; voltar abas laterais axialmente opostas (10) da dita pelo menos uma camada de cinta (8a, 8b) formada no tambor auxiliar (22); transferir a estrutura de cinta (8) do tambor auxiliar (22) para pelo menos um tambor de serviço (31); formar uma banda de rodagem (9) enrolando pelo menos um elemento alongado contínuo de material elastomérico em bobinas dispostas mutuamente adjacentes em torno da estrutura de cinta (8) transportada pelo tambor de serviço (31).
