Abstract
"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO DE EXTRUSÃO PARA PRODUZIR COMPOSTOS ELASTOMÉRICOS,E,PROCESSO DE PRODUÇÃO DE PNEU".A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de extrusão para produzir compostos elastoméricos, compreendendo um corpo de retenção (2) internamente confinando uma câmara (3) e pelo menos um parafuso de extrusão (4) disposto dentro da câmara (3). O dispositivo (1) compreende ainda uma pluralidade de cabeças de extrusão intercambiáveis, alternativamente instaladas no corpo de retenção (2) em uma abertura de descarga (2b) da câmara (3). A escolha de utilização de um tipo de cabeça (5) em vez de outro ou da abertura de descarga (2b) deixada livre é realizada com base nos detalhes físico-químicos do composto elastomérico a ser tratado, a fim de manter a temperatura e/ou pressão do composto de saída sob valores limiares críticos para um tal composto.
