APTÃMERO, COMPOSIÃÃO FARMACÃUTICA, KIT, USO DE UM APTÃMERO E COLUNA DE AFÃRESE.A presente invenção é dirigida a um aptâmero que compreende ou consiste na sequência de ácido nucleico de SEQ ID No. 1, SEQ ID No. 2, SEQ ID No. 3 e/ou uma sequência de ácido nucleico sendo pelo menos 80°6 idêntica a uma de SEQ ID No. 1, 2 e 3 para uso em terapia e/ou diagnóstico de doenças autoimunes, em que a doença autoimune é cardiomiopatia, cardiomiopatia dilatada (DCM), cardiomiopatia periparto (PPCM), cardiomiopatia idiopática, cardiomiopatia de Chagas, megacólon de Chagas, megaesôfago de Chagas, neuropatia de Chagas, hiperplasia prostática benigna, escleroderma, psorÃase, sÃndrome de Raynaud, pré-eclampsia, rejeição de aloenxerto de rim, miocardite, glaucoma, hipertensão, hipertensão pulmonar, hipertensão maligna e/ou doença de Alzheimer.
