XAROPE COMPREENDENDO GRÃO INTEGRAL HIDROLISADO.A presente invenção refere-se aos xaropes compreendendo um teor de agente adoçante acima de 15% em peso do xarope, uma composição de grão integral hidrolisado e uma alfa-amilase ou seu fragmento, alfa-amilase ou seu fragmento este que não mostra nenhuma atividade hidrolÃtica em relação à s fibras dietéticas, quando no estado ativo, e onde o xarope tem uma atividade de água acima de 0.06.
