Abstract
CAMADAS DE MONÃXIDO DE MOLIBDÃNIO E SUA PRODUÃÃO POR MEIO DE PVD.A invenção refere-e a um revestimento, que compreende pelo menos uma camada contendo molibdênio com óxido de molibdênio, em que o óxido de molibdênio é essencialmente monóxido de molibdênio. A invenção refere-se também a um processo PVD para a produção do revestimento de acordo com a invenção, em que a camada contendo monóxido de molibdênio é produzida por meio de evaporação por arco. A invenção refere-se também a um componente, o qual apresenta o revestimento mencionado acima.
