Abstract
"FERRAMENTA DE CORTE COM RECURSO À PROVA DE ERRO".Trata-se de uma ferramenta de corte 10 que inclui um corpo 12 que tem uma extremidade dianteira 14 e uma extremidade traseira 16. A extremidade dianteira 14 inclui um bolso para recepção de inserto 20a, 20b com um orifício rosqueado 34 que tem um eixo geométrico central 70. A ferramenta de corte 10 ainda inclui um inserto de corte 40 com um furo embutido 62 com um eixo geométrico central 64. A ferramenta de corte 10 inclui um recurso à prova de erros para impedir que o inserto de corte 40 seja corretamente montado em um bolso para recepção de inserto 20a, 20b quando uma distância de desvio 76 entre o eixo geometrico central 70 do orifíciorosqueado do bolso para recepção de inserto 20a, 20b e o eixo geométrico central 64 do furo embutido 62 do inserto de corte 40 é maior do que uma porcentagem pré-determinada do diâmetro externo do parafuso rosqueado 36.
