Abstract
MONTAGEM DE CORTE COM ENTREGA DE REFRIGERANTE APRIMORADA. Um suporte de ferramenta tem uma parte de cabeça que inclui uma fenda ue separa a parte de cabeça em uma extensão inferior com um assento inferior e uma extensão superior com um assento superior para reter um. A parte de cabeça contém uma passagem de entrada de refrigerante, que recebe refrigerante de uma fonte de refrigerante, e uma passagem de entrega de refrigerante, que descarrega refrigerante na direção de um inserto de corte. O inserto de corte inclui uma superfície de topo com uma protuberância de extensão para cima que pode ser engatada pelo suporte de ferramenta para montar o inserto de corte reigidamente na parte de cabeça do suporte de ferramenta. O inserto de corte também inclui um canal de refrigerante formado na superfície de topo do inserto de corte que é posicionado diretamente em oposição à descarga de refrigerante para aprimorar a taxa de fluxo do refrigerante entregue à interface entre o inserto de corte e peça de trabalho.
