AGENTE INTENSIFICADOR DE SABOR, MÃTODO PARA REDUZIR O USO DE SAL E/OU DE AÃÃCAR EM ALIMENTO, E, PRODUTO ALIMENTÃCIO. à revelado um agente intensificador de sabor para alcançar suficiente gosto salgado ou doce mesmo em casos nos quais o teor de sal ou o teor de açúcar em alimento está reduzido. à especificamente descrito um agente intensificador de sabor que contém uma ou mais substâncias selecionadas dentre aldeÃdos alifáticos lineares tendo 3-10 átomos de carbono e alcoóis alifáticos lineares tendo 4-10 átomos de carbono como ingredientes ativos. A quantidade de teor de sal ou de teor de açúcar adicionada no alimento pode se reduzida pela adição de agente intensificador de sabor no alimento.
