A presente invenÃ§Ã£o refere-se a um sistema de revestimento sobre um substrato com proteÃ§Ã£o aperfeiÃ§oada contra desgaste, bem como, corrosÃ£o. De acordo com a invenÃ§Ã£o, o substrato Ã© revestido com uma camada de carbono semelhante a diamante (DLC). Essa camada de DLC Ã© revestida com uma camada adicional de material diferente do material de revestimento de DLC, pelo que, fechando os orifÃcios da camada de DLC.
