Abstract
UTENSÍLIOS DE COZINHA ANTI-RISCO E MÉTODO PARA FABRICAÇÃO DOS MESMOS - O presente pedido refere-se a utensílios de cozinha que têm uma base (2) com uma superfície interna (21) adequada para receber alimentos e uma superfície externa (22) destinada a ser posicionada próxima a uma fonte de aquecimento, sendo que a superfície externa (22) é revestida por revestimento externo de sol-gel (3) que compreende cargas redondas e está na forma de um filme contícuo de um material que compreende uma matriz de pelo menos um polialcoxilado de metal. De acordo com a invenção, as cargas redondas (71, 711,72, 721) são cargas de metal, cuja porção se projeta no dito revestimento solgel (3), distribuídas homogeneamente na superfície do dito revestimento (3). A presente invenção também se refere a um método da fabricação de tais utensílio de cozinha.
